Team Outings & Client Events
A team-building event that doesn’t feel like a team-building event. Semi-private simulator bay inside Tradewater Brewing — up to 8 players, Trackman data, craft beer.
Why It Works
The Tee at Tradewater is a single-bay simulator in a semi-private room inside Tradewater Brewing Company. When your group books, you’re not in a multi-bay facility surrounded by strangers. You have the room, the Trackman, and the Tradewater taps.
It works for every skill level. Non-golfers love the game modes and the competition. Serious golfers love the Trackman data. Everyone appreciates a craft beer at the end of the session.
Pricing is per bay — no per-head charge. A group of 8 splitting a Friday evening session pays well under $10 per person per hour.

Consistently, yes. The simulator has skill challenge and games modes that reward hand-eye coordination more than golf experience. Closest-to-pin competitions and target games work well for mixed groups. The brewery atmosphere helps too.
