The Concept
Western Kentucky has serious golfers. It also has serious beer drinkers. The Tee at Tradewater exists because someone decided those two things didn't need to be separate experiences.
Nestled inside Tradewater Brewing Company at 111 W Arch St in Madisonville, The Tee offers a single-bay Trackman iO simulator in a semi-private lounge that seats your group comfortably — with Tradewater's taps just steps away.
The Space
Unlike multi-bay simulator facilities where strangers are hitting in adjacent lanes, The Tee is a single bay. When your group books, you have the room — the whole room. Exposed brick walls, warm hardwood floors, leather seating, and the Tradewater mural watching over it all.
A window into the main brewery keeps the atmosphere connected without the noise. Members who book outside public hours get a keycode delivered in their confirmation — come in early, stay late, no one else is there.
The Technology
There are cheaper simulators. We chose Trackman iO because it's the launch monitor used by PGA Tour players, teaching pros, and club fitters who need data they can trust.
The iO mounts overhead — no floor plate to calibrate, nothing to step on or knock out of alignment. Every swing is tracked with Doppler radar: ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, spin axis, carry distance, club path, face angle, and more. You get the same data your favorite tour pro gets, on 300+ of the world's most famous courses.

The Partnership
Tradewater Brewing Company has been part of Madisonville's identity since opening its doors on West Arch Street. Their craft beers are brewed on-site — you'll find rotating taps alongside year-round favorites, all available during your session.
The name "Tradewater" comes from the Tradewater River, a thread of Western Kentucky history that runs through the region. The Tee is proud to exist inside a business that's become a genuine local landmark.
